Insurance & Payment

Insurance: I can bill most insurances, but my policy is to have you pay me at the time of service and have the insurance company reimburse you.  I am not contracted with any private insurance companies, Covered California or HMO's.  If you have concerns about getting reimbursed, you should check with your insurance company regarding out of network coverage and podiatry services. 

I am a Medicare provider, but I am not accepting new Medicare patients at this time. I do not accept Medi-Cal or Partnership. 

Payment Policy: Payment is expected at the time of service, and I accept cash or checks, but not credit cards or Venmo.
