Insurance: I can bill most insurances, but my policy is to have you pay me at the time of service and have the insurance company reimburse you. I am not contracted with any private insurance companies or HMO's. If you have concerns about getting reimbursed you should check with your insurance company regarding out of network coverage and podiatry services.
I am a Medicare provider, but not Medi-Cal. This means that for Medicare patients I accept assignment. Please be aware that medicare does have limitations on certain podiatry services - please call or email if you have questions.
Payment Policy: Payment is expected at the time of service and I accept cash or checks, but not credit cards.
