Hours: My office hours are Monday through Friday 9-5. I am also available on a limited basis evenings and weekends. I have a home office, so when you come to visit don't be looking for an office building. Please bring the filled out intake form with you.
Location: Warning If you are coming from the North on highway 101. Do not follow the written directions on Mapquest or Google maps for the final stretch in off the highway as they are a bit misleading. The directions incorrectly instruct you to take a slight right on Madera instead of a left. Look at the Map for a visual. Follow this instead: -Take the Madera exit off 101. -Take a left at the stop sign (Madera) -Take a right at the next intersection (Monona). No stop sign here. -Follow Monona to the T intersection with Mohawk and I am at the T.
House Calls: House calls are available for home-bound seniors with limited mobility. However, my area is limited to Southern and Central Marin.
